Marathon Spectator Information and Runner Tracking
Runners please download the RaceJoy application to be tracked, see the information below about tracking
The race is a point to point event. Spectators looking to see the half marathon, can probably pick 1 location in the first 4 miles of the race to see their runner pass, and then head to the finish line. Roads will be open for traffic heading downtown.
The full marathon is more spectator friendly from miles 12 to 26.2. Runners will race over the downtown bridges and then head to Greenfield Lake which will be a double loop around the 4 mile lake.
Parking downtown and getting on a bicycle is your best option for getting around, or finding a cheer station.
SPECTATORS PLEASE DO NOT:
- Bike next to your Runner
- Stand in the middle of US 74/76 and 17
- Take shuttles to the start.
- Stand in the median on major roads
- J-Walk, please cross at the proper cross walks
